Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How to register with Pharmacy of Medicine?
A. New users can go to create account and follow the prompts.
Name, address, telephone number, date of birth, current medications, allergy, and billing information is required.  Creating a profile utilizes our secure website as all information is encrypted.
Q. Do I need a prescription for drug products?
A. Yes. Before placing an order, you must have a valid prescription issued by a physician licensed to practice medicine in the United States.
Q. How to send my prescription?
A. After creating a profile, you can get us the prescription information in 1 of 3 ways

Give us your doctor’s name, phone number and fax number so that we may contact them to get a copy of the prescription.

Fax us the original prescription that has been signed by your doctor. Our secure fax number is 1-866-FAX-2828 (329-2828). We will verify your faxed prescription with the prescribing doctor.

Give us your local pharmacy’s name, phone number and fax number so that we may contact them to get a copy of the prescription.
Q. Will you call my doctor if I have no refills?
A. Yes, just provide us with your doctor’s contact information and we will take care of the rest.  If your doctor does not authorize a refill, we will let you know.
Q. How much medication can I get?
A. You may only order as much as your U.S. physician prescribes for you. Additionally, all prescriptions are limited to a maximum of a ninety (90) day supply.  If using insurance, you must contact insurance for refill restrictions or maximum days supply.
Q. Do you accept my insurance?
A. Pharmacy of Medcine accepts some insurance plans; however, many of our customers pay for their prescriptions(s) using self-pay, then directly submit their invoice to their insurance company for reimbursement. You can contact your insurance company to determine if this is an option for you. If we cannot accept your insurance, we will notify you.
Q. How much will my drug cost?
A. Self-pay customers can view drug prices by selecting the drug and quantity from the prescription ordering section.
Note: All prescription orders must first be verified. You will not be billed until all verification procedures have been met.  Customers using insurance will be notified of co-pay after prescription has been processed.
Q. Can you automatically refill my prescription if I forget to do so?
A. Absolutely, just select "AutoFillRx" option in the refill reminder section of my account and every month we will send your medication.  It’s very simple and convenient. You can stop this service at anytime by deselecting this option.
